The NAFTZ Annual Conference is almost here! The conference will be held on Sept. 27-30 at the Loews Hollywood Hotel in Los Angeles, California. Drop by booths 5 & 6 to discuss major ACE timeline changes with Integration Point.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) just released an updated timeline for the mandatory transition to ACE for electronic entry and summary filing.

In the announcement, CBP acknowledged that “while signification capabilities have been deployed to date, concerns about stakeholder readiness have necessitated a reassessment of current timelines.”

Notable changes include the use of ACS for entry and entry summary filings until February 28, 2016, as well as the postponement of the mandatory date for PGA entry data submission from November 1 to February or July of 2016, dependent upon the agency.
