The Union Customs Code (UCC) was adopted on 9 October 2013 as Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council.   The UCC will be applicable when the relevant Implementing Acts and Delegated Acts will be adopted as of 1 June 2016.   With this adoption, the UCC will be the legal framework for European Union (EU) Customs transactions for the next 20 years.  Is your company prepared to comply with the UCC?
